Partners In Health, a local Haitian medical charity just outside Port-au-Prince. According to their site, 94.8% of funds raised goes directly into their work, with only the remaining small percentage on overheads. These are the people I've donated to.

And, sadly, beware of scams-- make sure the charity you're giving to is legitimate.

MSF are always worth throwing a few quid at. A friend who has seen them in action first hand says they do a good job on the ground and the people I've met at the UK office seem a decent bunch.

They are excellent, and are doing great work in Haiti right now. I gave them a donation in November, though, so I thought I'd spread it around a bit.
