Prepare to be bored

Hi, all. I've got a question: what do you do online when you're bored? I mean, once you've checked your email and your blog and gone round your daily hit list of sites: then what?

This week's column is going to be about online cures for boredom, so any input from you would be gratefully received. (Obviously I can't link to porn sites, or sites with a lot of nudity, so that particular source of interest is out.) Here are some of my favourites:

Wikipedia-ing really simple words like "tree" or "cow"
Playing "ask the Ebay search fairy to bring you your heart's desire"
Googling for half-remembered song lyrics
dearinter.net's Answer-o-matic

...but these are way lame compared to what YOU could come up with. Go on, surprise me.

I love me some Wikipedia! I think of something random that I've always wondered about (or I look in their featured article archive) and just see how far hypertext hopping can take me. Ebay also good... my intarweb of last resort is the Ebay classic car list. I like to look for really weird cars, like Isettas or Tatraplans, and pretty pretty 1940s cars, the aerodynamic streamlined ones that look like giant jungle cats sitting back on their haunches.
