pallas_athenaWhew. I've just finished a column about James Bond, and I'm going to relight my jack o'lanterns and take the rest of the day off.
The pumpkin-bacon-sage-parmesan risotto came out OK; I had the leftovers for lunch. Tonight, I'm thinking couscous with smoked trout. I totally love couscous; it's the ultimate convenience food. You can vary it infinitely, and it takes the same time to make as a cup of tea.
This entry is really inconsequential. Oh well. Actual substance to come when my brain ceases to feel like it's been hit with a brick.
