George R. R. Martin, author of fantasy so dark and twisted it could beat the vampire Lestat to death with his own severed arm, speaks out on the airport security nightmare and its ramifications. (Buffalo Springfield said it first, though.)

Those of you who haven't read him, don't start. You'll only end up sleep-deprived and gibbering, waiting for the next book.
